Previously advertised homes
Landlords have different rules for setting your priority, and for offering homes. Some landlords put applicants in a priority 'group' or 'band'. Others have a single waiting list. They then use a points system or date-order system to compare bidders. See Landlords'rehousing rules.
Here is a list of properties advertised in the last bidding period (you can choose earlier bidding periods below the table). Homes are shown by area alphabetically. It shows the number of bidders for each home; and details of the person who got the home - their 'band', 'group' or 'waiting list', and the relevant date or number of points. These are 'Priority' homes only; 'first-come-first-served homes' go to the first person who bids.
