    I understand that the landlords in the Manchester Housing Register may contact other agencies to confirm the information I have given in this form, and make sure I will not be a risk to the community. I have not put any false information, or withheld any relevant information in this form. I will inform the organisation that is dealing with my application if my circumstances change in the future. (This will not affect the date of your registration). When the landlord offers you a home they will ask you to sign an official declaration agreeing that everything on this form is still true.
