Moston is less than three miles north of the city centre, about half a
mile east of Rochdale Road - a major route from the Manchester to the north
and the M60 motorway.
Living in Moston

As well as smaller shops, there's a large Asda store, a covered market, post
office, medical centre, police station, library and sixth form college.

There are more local shops and a library on Moston Lane itself.
There are frequent buses along Rochdale Road from Manchester to
Middleton and Rochdale. The vibrant city centre, with its shops,
entertainment and leisure facilities is just a few minutes journey.
Nearby Boggart Hole Clough is one of Manchester's largest parks, with
bowls, fishing, boating, football pitches, playground, running track,
multicourts and woodland walks.
