Homes to rent, homes to buy. Housing options in Manchester.

Your bids: when will you find out?

If you're applying for a 'Priority' (P) home

The bidding period for Priority (P) homes ends at 5pm, Wednesday. If you have not heard anything within about ten days of the end of the bidding period, please assume you have not been offered the home this time.

If you're applying for a 'First-come-first-served' (1st) home

These homes usually go to the first person who bids. But just because a home is still on the website, it doesn’t mean no-one has bid for it yet. It is only removed when it has been accepted by a bidder. If you have not heard anything within about ten days of bidding, please assume you have not been offered a home this time.

If you are offered a home

The landlord will write to you to offer you the home, and give you a time and date to come and see it before you take it.

Any questions?

If you need to know more about the progress of your bid, contact the landlord of the home. See Manchester Housing Register landlords.
