Landlord’s rehousing rules
Landlords have different rules for setting your priority, and for offering homes. The higher your priority, the better your chance of a home – but it depends on who else has bid.
These rules are for ‘Priority’ homes (P) only. ‘First-come-first-served homes’ (1st) go to the first person who bids.
